Kedarkantha trek

Perched at 12,500 altitudes, the Kedarkantha trek is considered one of the best winter treks in India. Kedarkantha is a prominent Himalayan peak alighted at Govind wildlife sanctuary in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, evaluated at approximately 3812 meters above sea level.

The trek begins from a village named sankri, following the dense oak forests and Rhododendron, the iced Lake, and finally a hike to snowy and chilly conditions to the final trek destination. At the site the most prominent peaks of Bandarpoonch, Kalang, Swargarohini, etc are visible, providing a mesmerizing view of serene natural beauty.

Valley of flowers

The region is rich in both flora and fauna, giving a breathtaking view throughout the journey. Situated at 3658 meters under a valley in Chamoli district, it is spread throughout an area of 87.50 square km site is surely a treat to the eyes of nature lovers. This immaculate glacial lake is at an altitude of 4,912 meters above sea level in the Uttarkashi district. Kedar Tal lake is formed by the melting of the Kedar glacier, thereby giving birth to the Kedar Ganga River which is an important tributary of the Bhagirathi River and serves as a significant spiritual site.

Dayara Bugyal

The trek begins at Basru hamlet and then treks down via Raithal to see the scenic beauty of both the routes of Dayara Bugyal.
